- Is my shopping experience secure? Yes, look for the https in our secure order form's internet address.

- Do you have a return policy?
- Yes. All of our CDs are warrantied to be free from defects. If you experience a defective CD produced by the Ambassador Group, please contact us via email [CustomerCare@AmbassadorGroup.org], and we will email you instructions regarding how to receive a free replacement. If you have additional questions, please email us. We will be glad to help you.
- How long will it take to process and ship my order?
- We do our very best to ship your order the same day we receive it [Monday - Friday]. Sometimes, however, the various time zones hamper our shipping capabilities. Our best advice would be to place your order in the evening [your time -- S - Th] and we'll ship it first thing in the morning -- the very next business day [M - F].
- What do you do with the information that I submit in my order?
- Because we use Google Checkout, all of your personal information is stored safely on their [Google's] computers not ours. We never even see your credit card information; only if it is first approved by Google Checkout do we receive any of your information, which consists of:
- Name, ship-to address, telephone number, email address whereby we may contact you regarding your order -- order status, shipping status -- when and how it has been shipped, with tracking information that enables you to know the whereabouts of your package.

- Do you sell my email address / mailing address?
- No. We don't appreciate unsolicited emails and spam, and we assume you don't either.
